I first booked in to see Geoff because I was having lower back trouble, specifically a powerful and constant dull aching sensation. This had become so severe that it was restricting my movements like sitting and getting in and out of my car, I could not even bend down to weed my garden however, after a few sessions with Geoff my back is much more flexible and is so free from pain that I no longer take the strong pain killers I was given by my doctor.
